Where appearance is part of the specification

Most of what we do in Scottsdale involves tile roofing and a homeowner or HOA with a view about exterior appearance. Colour matching to fascia and trim is usually part of the conversation, and so is profile — a six-inch gutter covers more fascia and reads closer to a piece of trim, which on some elevations is the better look as well as the better capacity.

North Scottsdale adds scale. Larger custom homes mean longer runs, more roof area draining to fewer points, and a genuine engineering case for six-inch with properly sized downspouts. It is also where getting the discharge right matters most, because these properties often have significant hardscape, pools and designed landscaping directly below the roofline — all of which are expensive to have washed out.

Desert landscaping changes the guard conversation too. There is less leaf litter here than people expect, but plenty of fine dust, palo verde and mesquite debris, and granular material off the roof. That is why we fit micro-mesh rather than wider screens — and why we are upfront that fine dust has a real effect on micro-mesh over time.

Why homeowners here call us

Formed on site, not in a warehouse

We run our own roll-forming machine at your house. Your gutters are made to your roofline in one continuous piece — no shop, no shipping, no splicing lengths together to make them fit.

Corners cut by hand

We hand-cut and strip-miter every corner. It takes longer than snapping a pre-made box miter into place, and it is the difference between a corner that reads as a clean line and one that reads as a joint.

Real hardware

Proper downspout straps, not recycled scrap. The parts nobody looks at are the parts that fail first.

Our crew, not a sub

Gutter work is done by our own employees. The only thing we sub out is fascia and wood-rot carpentry, and we tell you before we do it.

Scottsdale questions

My HOA has rules about exterior appearance. Can you match?
Yes. Colour matching to your fascia or trim is routine, and we can talk through profile so the finished line suits the elevation. If your HOA needs a submittal before work starts, that is on the homeowner to file, but we can provide the product details you need for it.
I have a pool and designed landscaping under the roofline.
Then where the water goes matters as much as catching it. Roof runoff dumping into a pool surround or a planted bed is exactly the situation that ends in erosion and staining. We would look at drain lines carrying discharge to a controlled point rather than just adding a downspout and hoping.
Are gutter guards worth it here? There are not many leaves.
It depends what overhangs your roof. Palo verde and mesquite drop a surprising volume of fine litter, and roof granules are their own problem. If your roofline is genuinely clear, we will tell you guards are a weaker case for your house.
